As many of you know I have been trying to get to the bottom of what has happened to Dutch, was he euthanized on Feb. 14th? where are the Aguilar’s and why aren’t they talking? has Dutch disappeared, run away, been stolen? To be honest with you I fear the worst but I do have a glimmer of hope that Dutch was whisked away and has since been lost, stolen or something else to keep him from harm.
Here are the facts about Dutch’s whereabouts as I know them based on my research and contacts to the responsible agencies, informants, witnesses, and those who state that they are personally involved with the Aguilar’s and the case. We know, and it’s been well documented that when the court preceding was over on Feb. 14th that the couple quickly left the court room and their lawyer announced that they would appeal. I have not been able to verify that they did appeal. The courts and agencies involved have been very tight lipped about the case once the hearing ended on Feb.14th.
The Aguilar’s were given a few hours to bring Dutch to Animal Control to be put down and as of 5:30 p.m. on the 14th he had not been brought in and the Aguilar’s were not taking calls or responding to any forms of communications. I have received multiple reports of Dutch being brought to Animal Control around 6 p.m. on the 14th and that he was put down shortly after. This time yesterday morning I had no proof suggesting that this was not true.
Just a few hours into the day I received messages from two people stating that they are directly related to the case by either family or friends thanking me for my coverage of the case and stating that Dutch has not been put down. As the began to wined down I received additional messages from others stating the same thing. In total, I have 6 accounts of Dutch being alive and well. I can not confirm that any of them are real, oddly, I also can not confirm that Dutch was put down. Yesterday, I spent the majority of my day trying to get a response from the responsible agencies in Colo. and none have responded as yet. It all seems a little odd to me.
My message to the Aguilar’s and Dutch, if Dutch is still alive, please get in touch with me so that I can clear this all up. Yes, I will ask you to prove it to me that your who you say you are and that Dutch is alive. Maybe a photo with a news paper? I will not publish it or reveal where you are or how you contacted me. On top of that, if Dutch is still alive, good, and know that I, as well as many others are behind you and want to help in any way we can.
Judge Brown also demanded that the Facebook page for Dutch be removed, and it was. Since then multiple pages have popped up in support of the Aguilar’s and Dutch, below you will find a list of these pages. Its my belief that the judge was trying to put an end to the internets uprising in support of Dutch, maybe he is a dog hater, but as you can see by the list below and the many people who are active on these pages, the people are angry and you can not silence them.
