3 cups King Arthur Unbleached All Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon Fleischmann's Bread Machine or Rapid Rise Yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 hot water, 120 to 130 degrees F
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 to 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease dutch oven. In a large bowl....Whisk dry ingredients. Add hot water. Stir to form a soft dough. Drizzle oil over dough to coat, turning it over. Cover bowl with a kitchen towel or plastic wrap spayed with non-stick spray. Let rise until doubled in size...15 minutes more or less. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of dough and stir with a spoon. Folding over so the parmesan is distributed throughout. Put in greased dutch oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove cover and let brown 5 minutes. Put on rack to cool. Enjoy!
