Today one of the newest "Magic: The Gathering" cards from Wizards of the Coast's upcoming expert expansion set "Gatecrash" was spoiled on Twitter.

1UB: Whenever a card is put into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere this turn, that player loses 1 life.
2UB: Target player puts the top two cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard.

Revealed in a Tweet by "Magic: The Gathering" Brand Director Elaine Chase (@ElaineChase), Duskmantle Guildmage is a powerful new tool for Dimir players to carry out devious schemes with.
Duskmantle Guildmage will help give new options for your Lazav, Dimir Mastermind to copy while also pumping up your Consuming Aberration. Activate Duskmantle Guildmage twice before your Jace, Memory Adept from "M13" and you'll win.
Thought Scour from "Dark Ascension," Curse of the Bloody Tome and Nephalia Drownyard from "Innistrad," and Jace's Phantasm are all synergistic inclusions to any deck seeking to abuse Duskmantle Guildmage.
Because Duskmantle Guildmage can target any player, you can use it on yourself to win with Laboratory Maniac.
It's important to note that Duskmantle Guildmage's first abiilty says "anywhere" on it. That also includes the battlefield and their hand. Removal spells like Aburupt Decay and Ultimate Price will be able to inflict damage. Your opponent will need to Think Twice before casting an instant or sorcery spell when you have three mana open. Every point counts, especially over the course of a long game.
There's a lot of other great mill cards in older formats to abuse with Duskmantle Guildmage. Glimpse of the Unthinkable, Mind Funeral, and Traumatize stand out as perhaps the three most powerful.
