PET TELETHON - The 15th Pledges for Pets Telethon, one of the Dumb Friends League's biggest fundraisers of the year, will be be Sunday, Jan. 27 from noon to 5 p.m. on Fox31/KDVR.
All funds raised will help the Dumb Friends League place or reunite more than 19,000 pets this coming year and bring services - including humane education and cruelty investigations - to the community.
A variety of local celebrities will appear and each hour will feature adoptable cats, kittens, dogs and other small pets. There will be informational segments on cat and dog nutrition and other features.

BOWLING FOR CATS - An evening of bowling will be held Sunday, Jan. 27 beginning at 5 p.m. at Chipper's Lanes North, 830 N. College Ave. to benefit Fort Collins Cat Rescue & Spay/Neuter Clinic. The cost is $23 per person or $120 for a team of six. Each bowler will get three games. There will be food, prizes and drawings,

ADOPTION DAY - Every Creature Counts of Ft. Lupton is holding its Adopt-a-Rescue Dog Day on Saturday, Jan. 26 from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the PetSmart at 8222 S. University @ C-470 and the Highlands Ranch Petco. Rescue puppies/dogs are neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Information
