Created on a $16 million dollar budget, “Dumb and Dumber” grossed almost $250 million worldwide. “Dumb and Dumber” was introduced to the world in 1994 and starred the comical duo of Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels as Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dunne respectively.
In 2003, we saw how the two first met and formed their unique friendship in “Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd.”
Now, in 2014, the Farrelly brothers will give us a chance to see the adults that Christmas and Dunne have become in a new release titled, “Dumb and Dumber To.”
Carrey and Daniels are back under the Warner Bros. Pictures, New Line Cinema, Motion Picture Corporation of America and Conundrum Entertainment names.
The plot thickens (as does the fluid around their brains), as Harry Dunne and Lloyd Christmas tries tracking down one of their children in “Dumb and Dumber To.” The time frame is 20 years after the last performance they gave in “Dumb and Dumberer.”
The dimwitted duo will appear in theaters in 2014. No exact date has been given yet but will be updated as more information comes in.
Every day for Harry and Lloyd is a no brainer.
