Duke "The Dumpster" Droese, a former WWE performer was arrested on Friday and indicted on charges of selling morphine to undercover officers.

According to Sheriff Jackie Matheny Droese had been under investigation for several months before evidence was submitted to Grand Jury who voted to indict.

Droese is being charged with two Class A Felonies of delivery of a schedule III substance (morphine) which could see Droese sentenced to between 15 months and 60 years per count plus fines of up to $50,000 if convicted.

Droese was released from jail on $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on September 25, 2013 to answer the charges.

"The Dumpster" as he was known in the WWE had a short lived run in the company as a garbage man and often carried a garbage can to the ring which was usually instrumental in the finish of his more high profile matches.

Droese left the WWE in 1996 after asking for a release from his contract due to the strain of travel being too much for him to handle.

Since his departure from the WWE Droese has wrestled in Europe and made sporadic appearances on the independent scene especially in and around the Tennessee area.

At one time Droese was the strength and conditioning coach for the Warren County High School (TN) football team and of late has been a special education teacher at a school outside of McMinnville, TN.
