Wednesday, February 27 marked the return of A&E’s ‘Duck Dynasty.’ With the bearded men attempting to rough it out in the mosquito filled wilderness, Willie’s class reunion, and Si’s defective dog, season 3 is already off to a hilarious start. The consistent entertainment will continue to lure in returning viewers along with new fans as the new episodes air.
A preview shown during the Wednesday night episode gave us some insight on what to expect for next week’s episode 2.
Do you remember John Luke’s girlfriend Emily?
Apparently the pair has split, and as you probably once identified with, high school breakups are devastating. Daddy Willie offers his young son a hug, but John Luke assures him that “he’s good.”
It looks as though the Robertson clan is going to try to mend the heart of this newly single boy. Sneak peeks lead us to believe that the guys are going to arrange something that will possibly get John Luke’s mind on something else.
Uncle Si recalls a breakup he once had. He remembers a girl once telling him, “It’s not you….it’s me.” Si’s response? “You’re darn right it’s you, you heifer!”
What can we expect on episode 2 of season 3? With the duck crew you just never know. Heartbreak doesn’t have to be all tears and drama, and it is probable that the Robertson boys just aren’t going to allow John Luke to sulk long.
