On the latest "Duck Dynasty" episode "A-Jase-ent Living", which aired on Wednesday, September 4, at 10/9 central on A&E, Jase and his kids moved in with Willie and Korie for a few days, while his kitchen was being upgraded and his wife Misty was out of town.
Needless to say, Willie wasn't too thrilled about spending an entire weekend living with his older brother. The rest of the guys were in the middle of some very serious gentlemen bets, like knocking down cups with a ball, when they heard about the living arrangement of Willie and Jase and couldn't help but bet against them.
Jase: "Most people know that a Gentleman's bet is not about money. But Si is not most people or a gentleman." So the stakes for each bet is $1.
Si gets obsessed with these bets, as he can't even knock down the cups from a workbench with a ball. Jep is shocked: "It blows my mind that dad and Si are related."
Meanwhile at Willie's house, Jase got comfortable in Willie's chair, watching a game that Willie had recorded and Willie felt like the game was ruined for him now. Jase didn't understand the point of recording the game in the first place: "If you record it, it's not live anymore, it's dead."
The next morning Willie gets woken up at 4 a.m. by loud noise coming from his kitchen, where Jase is busy cooking himself breakfast. It was Saturday and that meant he was about to go fishing.
Later that day Willie walked in on Jase cleaning out fish in the kitchen, accompanied by a horrible stench - which turned out to be a dead beaver in the sink. Why? Because it was a pretty beaver.
The kids find a live crawfish in the house and Jase informs them that he had a few in the tub to purge them, which was around 100 lbs of live crawfish in the bath tub. Now even Korie had enough. Willie confronts his brother and even though he says he doesn't want Jase to leave, he talks very differently during his personal interview time. "But you can't kick out your family," so Jase gets to stay.
Si, Jep, Martin and Godwin are still in the middle of their bets but Si fails at everything they try so he suggests Indian Leg-Wrestling with Phil. Phil however is not in the mood for their games, but has a job for the guys and offers them money to help him get a boat out of a tree. "Don't ever tell a Redneck to go to work. Bet him he can't do it."
Si claims to be a cowboy and lassos the boat, hoping he can finally win a bet, but once the rope is on the boat he won't have anything to do with pulling it down. "I do not work. I bet on people that work. Show me the money!"
But the boat won't budge. "Si, get over there and show them what raw power is," Phil suggests and with Si's help the guys get the boat down. "Best dollar I ever spent."
At the end of the day, Willie comes home to a once again messy kitchen and is upset. But before he can say something he see that Misty is back. Together with Korie she has been setting up a few plates. Jase had cooked up a feast as a surprise and apology to his brother for being so messy all weekend: a crawfish boil.
"Hey, Si," Willie teased, "Jase and I made it the whole weekend. You owe me that dollar." Si: "Don't hustle a hustler."
