As Downtown LA hotspot, The Must, spends its first of many upcoming summer months in its new space, Executive Chef Drew Coleman has updated their menu with the perfect summer-inspired dishes. Guests will now be able to enjoy that beautiful glass of wine, carefully chosen from the list of over 100 unique wines by the glass, on their beautiful outdoor patio with a dish incorporating the freshest of ingredients the warm weather brings. For The Must’s biggest fans, no need to worry as classics like the Smashed Tater Tots and all-time favorite Fluffernutter are here to stay! Please find the menu additions below:

Heirloom Veggies

roasted eggplant, tomatoes, smashed fava beans, ricotta salata

Roasted Head of Cauliflower

spiced yogurt crust, chimichurri

Blistered Padron Peppers

fried white anchovies, sea salt, lemon

Summer Salad

house-made ricotta, peaches, wild arugula, pistachios, honey balsamic vinaigrette

Green Bucatini

hollow pasta, kale pistachio pesto, parmesan, sea beans

BLT (no bread)

Braised bacon, grilled honey gem lettuce, fried green tomatoes, lemon aioli

spicy broth, clams, fava beans

Daddy’s Steak

grilled sliced grass fed flat iron, summer squash, okra, chimichurri

Stoned Biscuit

House made biscuit topped w/ poached stone fruit, crème fraiche

The Must’s new menu additions correlate with the several vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian options that the previous menu had as well.
