High pressure will gradually shift to the east of our area today. Moisture will gradually increase through this afternoon as more humid air spreads across the region from the south.

Tonight, there will be a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm after midnight, otherwise it will be partly cloudy and humid.

On Monday, low pressure will track through the Great Lakes into Ontario. This system will push a cold front southward across the area Monday afternoon or evening. Widespread showers and thunderstorms are likely with the passage of this front, and a few storms could become severe.

The storms will taper off Monday night, then return on Tuesday as a another, stronger front moves southward across the state. We will see a threat of severe weather again on Tuesday afternoon.

Here is the forecast: For today, partly sunny with highs around 80. Winds SW 5-10 mph.

High pressure will build across the region Thursday and Friday bringing lots of sunshine to northern Ohio along with dry conditions and comfortable temperatures.
