A drunk dial Congress call is less of a call than a funny new website that allows folks to vent, discuss, and simply write hilarious comments about their anger, disgust, or tiredness over the government shutdown. Simply titled DrunkDialCongress.org, users can put in their phone number, and receive an almost immediate call back with a slapstick response.
Users will get an automated recording of an obviously drunk man who slurs his speech, then suddenly goes off about how much he needed to get wasted and give those in Congress a piece of his mind. The system then goes on to provide you with a random, but still very real, phone line to possibly contact an actual member of Congress.
