The driver of a vehicle involved in a rollover accident in Newton was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries according to the Massachusetts State Police.
The accident occurred just after 9:30am on the Route 9 east on ramp from Hammond Pond Parkway near the Brookline town line.
According to officials, the vehicle struck a parked car and then rolled onto its roof. The passenger in the car was not injured.
State Police blocked the on and off ramps from Route 9 in both directions for about 30 minutes while the scene was cleared.
