Sony Computer Entertainment has posted a big list of video games that were released and will be coming out for the PS4 in 2014. According to a report from Aus Gamers on March 27, the console manufacturer confirmed that both “Driveclub” and “The Order 1886” should be released this year.
The development for arcade racing game has been in turmoil as the developer, Evolution Studios, recent suffered from layoffs. The creative director of “Driveclub” also left the project to join another studio. Despite the shuffling, Sony Computer Entertainment previously confirmed that the production of the PS4 exclusive title won’t be affected.
The main developer of “The Order 1886,” Ready at Dawn, recently stated that they are targeting a fall release date window. However, very little has been shown so far in regards to the third-person shooting action-adventure title, leading some to question if the software product is still early in the development cycle.
Although Sony Computer Entertainment did not narrow down the release date for both games, the publisher seems confident that the two products should be released by the end of this year. The PS4 managed to sell over 6 million units so far even with what some believed are a lackluster software lineup.
