There is no more important substance in our bodies than water, It’s widely involved in the processes and make-up of the body. Water (H2O) chemical make up two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen. This combination is vital for life and without it there would be no life. Most of the foods we eat should be composed of water base foods, like fruits and Vegetables, the number one factor for a healthy diet.

Our bodies need water as a coolant especially in the summer months. The body needs to stay at a natural 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit. Hot temperatures can lead to dehydration quickly. If you are exercising in warm weather, water should be replenished every 15 minutes in order to keep muscles strong and body temperature down. You can expect an approximate drop of 20% in your endurance simply if you fail to hydrate properly.

Water is critical for the healthy functioning of organs. It strengthens most of the fascia around organs that acts as a cushion to protect them. Water is a transporter, it flushes toxins that builds up in the kidneys and liver. If you want to lose weight, water is aids your metabolic, digestive systems, helping you stay fuller longer. No diet plan will give you more health benefits, without proper water intake.

If you want to stay pain free in you joints, water will be your solvent. It provides lubrication for your joints, reducing stress in joints. Water is more important than a lot of people realize. The body cannot work without it, just as a car cannot run without gas and oil. In fact, all the cell and organ functions that make up our entire anatomy and physiology depend on water for their functioning.
