Austin is a-buzz with excitement for the first home game of the UT football season, and Perry's Steakhouse and Grille is offering Longhorn fans a great way to catch the buzz (or at least a buzz): with a $5 UT-tini.
Created specially as a tribute to the Longhorns, Perry's says, "The UT-tini is a refined peach martini made with Hennessy VS, fresh peach, crème de peche and lemon, shaken and served in a cinnamon-sugar crusted martini glass."
The upscale steakhouse usually sells the UT-tini for $12, but during UT games, the tasty concoction will be available for $5 all day. And here's a reason to cheer extra hard during tomorrow's game -- if UT wins, the UT-tini will remain just $5 for the rest of the week.
If you're a die hard fan who bleeds orange, your drink of choice should probably be orange, too, no?
