Not only do lemons boost a person's immune system, but lemon juice works against infections like the flu and colds. Lemons eliminate tooth pain as well as can be used in regular cleansing of your teeth. Lemon juice can cure throat infections as it has an antibacterial property.

Drinking lemon water may also help relieve occasional indigestion. Because lemon juices increases the amount of gastric juices in your bowels to help them function more regularly. For best results, start your day off right by adding the lemon juice to warm water and drink it when you first wake up in the morning.
