On Thursday, Drew Peterson was sentenced to 38 years in prison for killing his wife number three, Kathleen Savio. Now, the Will County prosecutor’s office may charge him with murdering his wife number four, Stacy Peterson.
Will County State Attorney James Glasgow’s spokesperson stated Glasgow “is not precluded necessarily from charging someone with murder if there is no body. These cases have been prosecuted in the past.”
Stacy Peterson, Drew’s fourth wife disappeared in 2007. While Peterson has been suspected of killing her, he has not faced any charges associated with her disappearance.
A Lifetime movie portrayed Drew Peterson’s story with Rob Lowe playing him. Peterson stated that he thought Rob Lowe was “hysterical” when he played him.
