Drew Barrymore has sparked some rumors on Wednesday that she may be pregnant after being spotted walking out of a doctor's office last week.
The actress was photographed holding what looked like a sonogram in her hand, reported TMZ. The site was also able to nag the photo that clearly shows this evidence. A close up of the image, shows the sonogram quite well.

However, something else that is evident on the photo is Drew's expression. The Charlie's Angels star is sporting a grave look on her face and does not look happy. Maybe she's stunned at the results she got while at the doctor, and was not expecting them.
Accompanying Drew in the photo is her fiancé Will Kopelman, who is walking a few steps behind her also looking distraught. Are these two so happy with the possible news that they stunned themselves silly, or are they not ready to be parents?

Another possible sign that Drew may have one in the oven is the look of her belly in the photo. It is definitely taking on a rounded appearance under the loose sweater she has on. Then again, looks can be deceiving...
