We live in uncertain economic times. This organization helps disadvantaged women not only polish their skills for job interviews, but they provide them with office-appropriate clothing and programs to help guide them back into the working world. Dress for Success has been able to reach more than 650,000 women across the world. Enter The Sophisticates Women's Social and Networking Group. They teach Vision Board Workshops to help women focus in on their goals, as well as Social Media Training for today's changing internet climate. They believe the more you give, the more you get back. Their goal is to empower women across the nation, one woman at a time. Their book, The Sophisticates Guide to Life, out February 2013 is a tool to help women live to their fullest potential and includes business skill tips as well as fashion do's and don'ts.

Dress for Success provides its clients with interview suits and career development advice. Afterwards, every client receives a one-on-one beauty lesson and bag of makeup essentials from a volunteering Bobbi Brown makeup artist."
