An upper level low will linger across the region today with scattered valley rain and mountain snow showers continuing, with little additional accumulations expected. Drier and seasonable weather will gradually return into the upcoming weekend, but the upper low may linger close enough to keep scattered rain and snow showers across the higher terrain.
