From the same people who brought us “Kung Fu Panda” and “Madagascar,” “Turbo” is a high-speed 3D comedy coming to theaters July 19, 2013.
“Turbo” is created by DreamWorks animation studios.
An underdog common variety garden snail wishes more than anything he could become the fastest snail in the world. He miraculously inherits the power of turbo-speed and joins up with a group of tricked-out "es-car-goes". Turbo learns that nobody makes it on their own. His heart and shell are placed on the line to help out his friends. He wants to see them achieve their dreams before making his own dream come true – winning the Indy 500.
