I previously did an article on how students, teachers and/or school staff can get Dremweaver for under $150, but you don't have to be in education to get a good deal on Dreamweaver.
Adobe has started monthly and yearly subscriptions for all their software.
Before you balk at "leasing" software, instead of owning it, look at the numbers:
If you subscribe to Dreamweaver monthly, the cost is $29 a month.
If you agree to a yearly commitment, you will be billed $19 a month for twelve months.
To purchase Dreamweaver flat out is $399 at the time of this article.
If you're certain you'll be using Dreamweaver for at least 12 months, you will pay $228 to subscribe for the year. The really awesome thing about the subscription is that you'll continue to pay that amount when Adobe upgrades to a newer version. You'll have access to the upgrade as long as you continue to pay your subscription price.
If you only need Dreamweaver for a few months--say six--you pay $174, and then you're out of your subscription. The month-to-month allows you to cancel and restart any time.
Adobe is not only offering subscription pricing for Dreamweaver, but they're also offering subscription pricing for other individual Adobe products and suites.
