On Friday, Draya Michele, one of the stars of VH1’s “Basketball Wives LA” spoke out about her son, her sexuality, and her friends, Karrueche Tran and Chris Brown.
Regarding her son, she told Bossip.com, “…I’m not around as much as I should be because I’m working… I’m the provider for my family and people don’t understand that.”
Draya also said that people always ask her why she doesn’t post messages on Twitter having to do with her son, and said she refrains from doing so because “it’s so personal and any time I mention my son, people have negative things to say back to me, and I just like to keep him separate.”
She noted her son does not read Twitter, watch her reality TV show, and does not look at her revealing photos in magazine.
About her sexuality, Draya told Bossip, “I tweeted earlier that I was… the most comfortable bisexual on TV… I deleted the tweet… because I was getting a lot of slack from it… it was making other people, like, want to attack me.”
Despite deleting the tweet, she said, “…the statement is still valid” and noted she is “not bisexual because it’s trendy.”
Finally, she spoke to the website about Karrueche Tran and Chris Brown—her friend, and her ex-boyfriend, with whom she remains close—saying she did not see them splitting any time soon. Nevertheless, reports recently surfaced that the two appear to have gone their separate ways and Tale Tela wrote that Draya signed Karrueche up for the dating site “Black People Meet,” due to the break up with Chris.
