Today comes news that in honor of W. Curtis Drapers’s 125th Anniversary in business four of the industry's most prestigious manufacturers: Pete Johnson, Tatuaje Cigars; Guillermo León, La Aurora Cigars; Jorge Padrón, Padrón Cigars and Carlito Fuente, Arturo Fuente Cigars have each agreed to produce a special limited edition cigar (250 boxes per manufacturer) to commemorate the occasion. Drapers is the oldest retail tobacconist in the District of Columbia and the third oldest in the United States.
On Friday, February 3, at Drapers Downtown DC and Saturday, February 4, at Drapers Bethesda join Pete Johnson as he releases his edition of the Drapers 125th Anniversary Series Cigar, a special Cabaiguan reminiscent of the famed Draper's 120th Anniversary blend. Both events take place 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
