Drake set to release new single on Grammy night

Drake will release the debut single from his upcoming third studio album on Grammy night.

According to an article published yesterday at Billboardbiz.com, the Canuck superstar rapper’s label Universal has confirmed the song’s premiere on Feb. 10, the evening of the 55th Annual Grammy Awards.

Details about the song have been kept shrouded, but insiders speculate the title to be either "The Start From the Bottom" or "Started From the Bottom.”

Earlier this month, Drizzy was spotted filming the music video for the new song, which is being directed by Director X.

While touring in the U.K., the twenty-six-year-old Toronto native announced that he had begun work on the as-yet-untitled follow-up to his platinum selling sophomore album “Take Care.”

“Take Care” spent twelve weeks at No. 1 on Billboard, spawning five singles and earning “The Best I Ever Had” hitmaker a 2013 Grammy nomination for Best Rap Album.

Did you know? Drake has won three Juno Awards, three BET Awards, and holds several major Billboard records, which includes notching twelve No. 1 singles on Billboard's Rap Songs chart, more than any other rap artist.
