Drake will give the premiere live television performance of his single "Started from the Bottom" at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards.
According to an article posted Aug. 24 at www.music-news.com, the superstar Canuck rapper, who was recently announced as the latest A-list musician set to perform at the MTV VMAs on Sunday, Aug. 25, will give the live TV debut of the lead single from his soon-to-be-released studio album "Nothing was the Same."
"Started From the Bottom" has been nominated for 2 VMAs this year including Best Direction and Best Hip Hop Video."
The 26-year-old Toronto native will joining a hefty list of performers, including Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, Kanye West, Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez, who will join the VMA lineup tomorrow night live from Brooklyn's Barclays Center.
Drizzy recently bumped the release date of his upcoming studio album "Nothing was the Same" from its original release date of Sept. 17 to Sept. 24.
His Would You Like a Tour? Canadian leg begins Sept. 27 in Vancouver, BC at Rogers Arena and winds up Oct. 22 in Ottawa, ON at Scotiabank Place..
