Drake facing reckless endangerment charge for club fight

Drake may be arrested for his role in a nightclub fight earlier this week.

The "Take Care" star is being charged with reckless endangerment for throwing a bottle during the melee that injured Chris Brown, athlete Tony Parker and more at club W.I.P. in New York.

According to the New York Post, the rapper can turn himself in or face arrest at a concert he is set to hold in Jones Beach.

In related news, Chris Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos, says he turned over evidence that points to Drake starting the incident.

"I have turned over evidence that it was Drake who instigated this. The evidence makes it clear that Chris is the victim in all of this," Geragos said Friday. "I believe the police are building a case against Drake and his thugs. Clearly, Drake was the instigator, and there is evidence he threw glassware."

Brown has reportedly cooperated with officials conducting the investigation.

As previously reported, a statement from Drake's rep claimed he was leaving the club when the fight broke out.
