Dragon Nest Open Beta begins on July 26, with some exciting and lucrative events scheduled to run from July 26-August 9. There is no wipe scheduled from Open Beta to release, so much like other free-to-play titles in the early stages, your characters and items will carry over.
There are a variety of events to participate in during this time, including chances to earn cash shop currency, bonus items, and for the hardest of the hardcore, a set of permanent dragon wings!
Dragon Nest Open Beta events are as follows:
Open Beta Legion, running July 26-August 9 – Group with people from your friends list, clear dungeons. 10% EXP bonus.
“Sacred Alliance”– Submit your guild name on the official Dragon Nest forums and have a chance to win a prize for every member of your guild!
“The Dragon’s Hoard” – Log on July 26 and get 5,000 Scales to spend in the item shop. Each day from July 26 to August 1 will also award 1000 Scales on days players log on. Be sure to spend the Scales before official launch, as they will be deleted, but any items purchased with them will be preserved.
“The Crusade” – 300 Extra Daily Empowerment Points for the first week of Open Beta to turbocharge leveling up, a special hat for, and a huge list of level up rewards; every time a player levels up, they will earn a piece of gear or stack of consumables!
“Spread Your Wings” – For the Dragon Nest enthusiast extreme, an Open Beta level capped character (24) that clears at least 3 dungeons every single day in Open Beta will receive a pair of permanent Loyal Dragon Wings at launch.
