David Gaider has provided a comment expressing his frustration with the ongoing online issues plaguing the release of the PC video game, “SimCity.” According to a message from his Twitter page on March 7, the lead writer of the “Dragon Age” franchise (including the upcoming “Dragon Age 3”) disclosed that he wanted to play the latest installment of the “SimCity” franchise. However, he was forced to play the tutorial in the beginning, which isn’t loading due to the server issues. You can check out some screens from “Dragon Age 3” in the slideshow at the top of this article and the comments from David Gaider below (courtesy of DavidGaider Twitter):
Well... I wanted to play SimCity. I really did. Unfortunately, it's demanding I first play a tutorial it won't actually load. Awesome.
“SimCity” was released exclusively for the PC platform on March 5. The city-building simulation video game requires an online connection. Due to the online server issues, many players aren’t able to log in and play.
Electronic Arts is the publisher behind “Dragon Age 3” and the aforementioned “SimCity.” A release date has not yet been announced for the third main game in the “Dragon Age” series.
