The seminar, titled 5 New Things You Should Know About Nutrition, will once again be held at the Parker Library.

This is a free seminar that is part of a year long campaign to educate people on health.
In addition to information given at this seminar, attendees will walk away with a free vitamin and minerals chart to help them make smart choices when it comes to proper nutrition.
