"Bachelor" star Gia Allemand's mother's interview with Dr. Phil airs on Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013. Donna Micheletti will talk about the final moments on the phone with her daughter who hanged herself on August 12.
Also appearing on "Dr. Phil" on Tuesday will be Jake Pavelka, the former "Bachelor" whose season Allemand appeared on.
In the preview video for Tuesday's "Dr. Phil" show, a Gia's mother cries as she describes how she heard her daughter take her last breath.
Micheletti was on the phone with her daughter as the reality star hanged herself in her New Orleans apartment.
"I'm the closest person in the world to her and she didn't want to be alone when she left this world. So she wanted Mommy to be there, I guess."
Shortly after she talked to her daughter for the last time, Allemand was found unconscious by her boyfriend, NBA player Ryan Anderson.
She was rushed to the hospital and placed on life support, but died two days later.
The police report states that Gia Allemand had argued with Anderson hours before she hanged herself over the possibility that he was unfaithful and that he didn't love her anymore.
"I'm really mad that she did this for no reason," Micheletti tells Dr. Phil in the interview. "In 12 hours it would have been fine. I'm really angry."
Tuesdays show, "Tragic Beauty: The Exclusive Story of a Bachelorette’s Suicide" also features an interview with former "Bachelor" Jake Pavelka.
Pavelka describes his relationship with Gia Allemand and states that he never "fell out of love" with the 29-year-old reality star.
"I've never lost anybody close to me. Gia really understood me. We got really close after the show. We had such a special relationship. I can't tell you how lucky I feel that I knew her, but I wish it was not for such a short time, because I've never met anybody like her."
