Dr. Oz sued for home remedy giving man third-degree burns

Dr. Oz. is always giving fans home remedies and great ideas on his show. On March 19, UPI reported that he is now being used for one of them. A man tried one of the home remedies that he saw on the show and it resulted in third-degree burns.

The man slept with rice filled socks that were heated up. The man has diabetes and doesn't have full feeling in his feet plus he was asleep so he had no idea that his feet were starting to burn while he was laying there. He woke up with third-degree burns on his feet.

Dr. Oz said that this could help with insomnia, but he also said not to get them too hot when you did it. At this time the lawsuit has not been reviewed and so maybe he will win and maybe not.

Do you think that the man had a right to sue Dr. Oz for this? Do you think he should have known to be more careful? Sound off in the comments below.
