With summer just around the corner people may find themselves scrambling to find the quickest most effective solution the getting rid of those last few stubborn pounds. During the May 7 episode of the Dr. Oz Show, Dr. Oz shared some immediate solutions to burning and blocking fat.
Litramine is a combination of natural plant fibers and is enriched with fibers from the Acacia plant. This new supplement is known to aid the body in flushing out fat through digestion and forces fat out through elimination. Litramine effectively blocks fat absorption which naturally forces it out of the body.
Dr. Oz recommends taking 1 gram with each meal daily. It would be wise to consult a physician before taking a new supplement.
Garlic green tea
Drink one cup garlic green tea per day to recharge your pancreas and help eliminate fat. An unhealthy diet and a high sugar levels can lead to fat storage particularly in the belly. The infusion of garlic may help regulate blood sugar levels while green tea is known to block fat.
Dr. oz recommends steeping green tea in how water for 5 minutes then adding 2-3 whole garlic cloves to the tea and allowing it to steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove the cloves and drink the tea after breakfast or lunch.
Vitamin C naturally aids the body in turning fat into energy making it easier to burn it off. Add at least 75 mg to your diet daily to speed up weight loss. Vitamin C can be found in lemons, grapefruit, papaya, oranges, kiwi, broccoli, and strawberries.
Vinegar helps the body prevent fat accumulation. Drinking white vinegar after eating carbs and sugar helps to prevent sugar spikes and fat forming in the body.
Dr. Oz recommends having 2 tablespoons of white vinegar after every meal. Vinegar is highly acidic and some may be sensitive to vinegar ingested alone. Diluting your vinegar in water may be easier for some to ingest comfortably.
