If you are living in a fog due to chronic fatigue and exhaustion boost your energy with tips from Dr. Oz. There are many simple ways to boost energy which will benefit your health, improve your mood, and increase your level of happiness.

Go to Sleep for Energy. Although most people know that sleep deprivation is a top reason for lack of energy, they continuously fail to get the sleep they need. Dr. Oz emphasizes the importance of 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night for optimum health. “Prepare to go to sleep and remove all distractions from your bedroom,” advises Dr. Oz. If you are unable to get a full-night’s sleep, take a nap during the day for a quick energy boost. 
 
Exercise for Energy. Exercising not only boosts energy, it also improves mood. Dr. Oz likes to exercise with the slow meditative moves of yoga. Exercise daily for short periods of time to keep your energy levels up. 
 
Eat Healthy Snacks for Energy. For a quick boost of energy, Dr. Oz recommends walnuts, also known as food for the brain. Walnuts are super nutritious and filled with antioxidants. Try apple slices and raisins with your walnuts for a healthy fruit salad on the go.
