- Phase One: Enjoy lean proteins, whole grains and fruit for two days to train your body to use nutrients as fuel.
- Phase Two: Eat protein such as juicy steaks and salmon with lots of green veggies for two days to burn fat as fuel.
- Phase Three: Add in healthy fats in the form of coconut, avocado, olive oil, raw nuts and seeds to blast calories for three days.
- Holistic weight loss supplements: Talk with your doctor about the potential for lab work, suggests Haylie. If you've gained midsection weight, it may be due to estrone.
