If you're a fan of "Hot in Cleveland," you know that stars Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves and Wendie Malick seem to have found the secret to the Fountain of Youth. They joined Dr. Mehmet Oz on his March 25 talk show to reveal their anti-aging secrets. Plus: Learn how to lose 10 pounds in four weeks with Hungry Girl's all-new weight loss diet.

Hungry Girl is the alias for Lisa Lillien. She talked with Dr. Oz about her new weight loss book: "The Hungry Girl Diet: Big Portions. Big Results. Drop 10 Pounds in 4 Weeks" (click for details).

Lisa explained that she designed her diet in response to requests from her fans. They wanted a weight loss plan that would help them shed pounds without hunger. As a result, Lisa emphasizes super-sized portions and protein-rich meals to curb cravings.

In addition to a detailed four-week diet, Lisa's weight loss book also includes recipes to maximize flavor while minimizing fat. You can try one of the recipes from her book below. Get more information on her diet book including how to order by clicking here.

Hungry Girl's Perfect Pizza-bella Ingredients

  • 1 stick light string cheese
  • 1 portabella mushroom, stem removed and reserved
  • 2 tbsp canned crushed tomatoes
  • Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes

Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.

Break string cheese stick into thirds and place in a blender or food processor; blend at high speed until shredded.

Place mushroom cap on the sheet, rounded side down. Bake until slightly tender, about 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, finely chop mushroom stem. In a small bowl, stir into crushed tomatoes.

Remove sheet, but leave oven on. Blot away excess moisture from mushroom cap.

Evenly top mushroom cap with crushed tomato mixture, and season with spices.

Sprinkle with cheese and, if you like, additional spices.

Bake, 8 to 10 minutes, until mushroom is tender, tomatoes are hot, and cheese has melted. Makes one serving at 100 calories.

On the same episode, the three stars of "Hot in Cleveland" are Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves and Wendie Malick. They told Dr. Oz that they believe in natural solutions rather than plastic surgery to stay slim and look fabulous.

Jane and Wendie emphasize the importance of fitness, focusing on areas that sag and bag as you age. Their exercises include side wall push-ups to target your triceps and leg lifts to tighten and tone your lower body.

In addition, the "Hot in Cleveland" stars recommend the benefits of lemon juice for both topical and internal uses. Squeeze fresh lemon into hot water to detoxify your body. Plus: Use lemon juice on age spots for five to 10 minutes every other day to make them less noticeable.
