Today we honor the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. a true icon for peace.  If world peace is possible, and many profess that it is, then to emulate the life of this great man is one  way to achieve it.  Dr. King left the world evidence of many truths in the way he lived his life,  most of which only manifested proof, long after his passing.  The hope for peace continues and there will be those who will continue constant effort to bring to reality the hopes and dreams of icons who lived and died for the sake of peace.

Under the auspices of Dr. Laurence E. Carter,  Morehouse College has partnered with the Ghandi Institute and Soka Gakkai International to bring the Ghandi, King, Ikeda World Peace Exhibit.  This marvelous exhibit portrays the message in unison of these three giants of peace, ringing loud and clear amidst the throngs of war and terrorism.

"As long as people will shed the blood of innocent creatures there can be no peace, no liberty, no harmony between people. Slaughter and justice cannot dwell together."
