Dr. Jamal Bryant, a charismatic leader, pastor, preacher and voice for thousands, sent chills down your spine in his closing message at a pre-inaugural service on January 20, at Greater Mt. Calvary Holy Church, Washington, D.C.
The Word Network broadcasted the largely attended African American celebration. Well known leaders and celebrities were on hand to offer greetings: Dr. Suzan Johnson, Marvin Sapp, Rev. Jesse Jackson and Rev. Al Sharpton.
Heart-warming singing and dynamic preaching were at the help of the pre-inaugural celebration at Greater Mt. Calvary Holy Church.
Marvin Sapp broke out singing, “Never Would Have Made It,” the song that made him extremely popular and brought worldwide acclaim to him.
Rev. Al Sharpton changed hats from political show host to preacher and brought the house down. Sharpton’s message allowed you to see the God inside of him. Sharpton has been fighting in the civil rights movement for many years, and continues to be a representative for minorities throughout the nation.
Dr. Jamal Bryant, Empowerment Temple, took to the podium with authority and prayed against anyone who would try and attack President Barack Obama. He said in the camera, “The blood is against you.”
Bryant further went on and identified himself to the FBI and CIA as a ‘nobody,’ and he ended by saying, “I’m Django, the “D” is silent.
