First Street was shut down in downtown Fort Myers in order to broadcast the show. As a result, this new TV show, TGIM, broadcast nationally Monday night!

The judges that evening, represented by the Fort Myers Film Festival (FMff) and TGIM, were filmmaker J. Bert Davis, Alex Shah and voiceover artist Caryn Clark. The special night's show was hosted by Eric Raddatz and co-hosted by Melissa DeHaven.

After the show the above team, plus guests and audience members, congregated at the Twisted Vine for an afterparty and podcast with guests.

There is more than meets the eye when it comes to TGIM and FMff.

"Come watch us judge short indie films submitted to the Fort Myers Film Festival every Monday in season through Feb. 24, 2014. It is a place where one can have his or her say as to whether or not a film makes the grade for final programming during our festival to be held March 19-23, 2014!" - TGIM

During the season, TGIM takes place at The Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center located on First Street in Fort Myers.

Remember to check out updates and deals at, on FMff Facebook and Twitter. For more information on all the above go to TGIM Facebook and TGIM.
