Diana Grant is a sexy cocktail server in Downtown Los Angeles, and she is currently a finalist for Maxim magazine's 2009 Hometown Hotties. Read on to find out a little more about her and her experiences working in Downtown LA.

Favorite physical attribute: My favorite physical attribute would have to be my eyes. I think eye contact can tell you so much about a person.

Likes/Dislikes: I love bubble baths and all things pink. I'm very girly!  My perfect day would be spent lying on a beach, and then after  a long day of sun bathing, taking a candle lit bubble bath!

Describe yourself in one word: Lively! I'm definitely perky and playful, but I love life so much that I'd have to say I'm lively!

Reason for moving to LA: I moved to LA to pursue a love of entertaining.  Whatever that may entail. I currently go on auditions and I am training to learn the art of acting.

Favorite thing about Downtown LA: I love working Downtown and being in the center of it all. I also enjoy LA Live. There are a lot of cool restaurants down there and I love to eat!

Favorite thing about where you work: My favorite thing about where I work would definitely be all my amazing co-workers. I work with the most top-notch people in the industry. The cocktail waitresses all work together to ensure a memorable night for the clientele. I've worked at other bars and clubs where each waitress is only out for themselves, and in the end, that hurts the business instead of helping the business.

3 customer pet peeves:  1. Telling me all night that you will take care of me at the end of the night, and that doesn't happen.  2. Trying to get my number while I'm working.  3. Being too intoxicated to sign your bill.

Best thing a customer has said to you: The best thing a customer has said to me was that I was an awesome waitress. I get the "your beautiful" compliment, but telling me that I took great care of you is a better compliment.

Best tip you've ever received: The best was from a table of guys who really enjoyed my company.  Let's just say I was able to easily pay my rent with that one!

Drink of choice: Dirty Martini with Ketel One. I love olives.
