Fullerton is a city in Orange County. Orange County is one of the five counties that makeup the greater Los Angeles (L.A.) area of California.
On the evening of March 1, 2013 at the Fullerton Museum Plaza the third anniversary Downtown Fullerton art walk was held.
The event was a fun opportunity for local business and local artists to display their art for the art walk's attendees.
Those attending were afforded the opportunity to:
- have their face painted for free,
- create their own pipe cleaner art (your examiner made a tiara),
- smile for the camera in the onsite photo booth,
- create instagram photos and have them printed,
- view the displayed art,
- learn about all the fun art and creativity workshops available at artside studio,
- buy food from the food trucks,
- enjoy beverages from the beer/wine garden,
- sample fudge courtesy of Chav's Fudge Co., and
- enjoy music and dancing being performed on the venue's main stage.
After enjoying the third anniversary of Downtown Fullerton's art walk, one thing is certain: There is art in Fullerton. And it is good. How cool is that?
