With last night's SAG Awards win, the verdict is in! Everyone loves Downton Abbey. I must admit I completely missed season one and only started seeing the beginning of the frenzy for season two. But there was a buzz, people gathering in groups to watch armed with Earl Grey and scones. Not to disappoint, season three came out guns blazing; as well as an proper pre WWII British drama can.
I am very excited about this for so many reasons. People liking non reality TV! People liking characters wearing hats and gloves! We already started to see America's UK obsession with Princess Kate, but I can't wait to see how this era's fashion works itself into everyday wear.
So you don't have to wait for an invitation to tea to get Downton Abbey style.
