Double Fine Productions announces "Dropchord"

On March 7, Double Fine Productions announced a new game, titled “Dropchord”. The developer describes the game as a music-driven challenge game, from the same team that brought us “Kinect TV Party”. Double Fine Productions will give us a look at this new title at this weekend’s SXSW show, located in Austin, Texas. Later this month, a playable build will be available at PAX East.

“Dropchord” will support the upcoming Leap Motion Controller, shipping to Best Buy in a few short months, later this year for Mac, Windows, and iOS. The game will be available first in the Leap Motion Airspace app store, but the price is currently unknown. Joystiq presented and ESRB rating of E, for Everyone, and it is just a matter of days before more information arises – unless it’s as leaky as Assassin’s Creed IV has been lately.
