Dorothy Hamill was announced as one of the new “DWTS” cast members on Tuesday morning, and now she’s opening up about what she hopes to gain from the experience, The Christian Post reported on Feb. 27.
“Here's to learning new things in 2013 and having what I know will be one of the most memorable experiences of my life!" Hamill posted about her “Dancing With The Stars” casting to Twitter on Tuesday.
As a gold medal winning figure skater, Dorothy Hamill knows what it means to take on a challenge. And “DWTS” will be just that."What have I gotten myself into?" Hamill joked.
"Regardless at the end I'll know that I'll have had one of the best and most memorable experiences in my life," the 56-year old added.
Fans are looking forward to seeing Dorothy Hamill, who still seems to be in great shape, dancing on “DWTS” this season.
Joining Dorothy on “Dancing With The Stars” are celebrities such as Wynonna Judd, Aly Raisman, Andy Dick, Lisa Vanderpump, and Kelli Pickler.
