Epsom salts and oatmeal have many health benefits. They for known for laxative effects, soothing muscle sprains, soaking out splinters and as a body /hand scrub base. Oatmeal packs help relieve skin irritations.
Sugar can be used to level blood sugar and make face scrubs.
Witch Hazel was first used as a medicinal treatment by Indians in North America. It sooths psoriasis, eczema and hemorrhoids. Witch Hazel is also an astringent for the skin.
Coconut oil has a variety of uses. It works a moisturizer, lip balm, hand save, and to use on burns.
