Donald Trump, the billionaire behind the NBC show "Celebrity Apprentice," will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year. His induction will happen during WrestleMania weekend at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Trump is no stranger to WWE, as he hosted WrestleMania IV (1988) and WrestleMania V (1989) in New Jersey. He was also involved in an on-screen feud with WWE Chairman Vince McMahon, that led to a "Battle of Billionaires" at WrestleMania 23. That night, McMahon walked away with his head being shaved by Trump.
In 2009, Trump and McMahon went to war again. This time with Trump "buying" WWE and then selling it back to McMahon just a week later for twice the original price.
Trump will be added to the celebrity wing of the Hall of Fame, and will join WrestleMania celebs such as Bob Euker, Drew Carey, and Mike Tyson. Below is the updated list of Hall of Fame inductees that will be honored on April 6, the night before WrestleMania XXIX.
