Donald Trump has released a copy of his birth certificate to prove he is the son of Fred Trump, not an orangutan, when he sued Bill Maher for $5 million. According to a report by TMZ, dated Feb. 4, Donald Trump is suing Bill Maher because he didn't keep his promise of donating $5 million to charity after Trump proved he wasn't half orangutan.
The entire situation started when Donald Trump offered to donate $5 million to the charity, if Barack Obama would provide a copy of his birth certificate to the American people. Bill Maher then offered to donate $5 million to charity, if Donald Trump would prove he wasn't the son of an orangutan.
Barack Obama failed to produce a copy of his birth certificate, but Donald Trump did provide proof he is 100% human. Despite this, Bill Maher has yet to keep his promise of donating $5 million to charity. Donald Trump filed a lawsuit against Bill Maher.
“I can't believe this could really go to court,” Billy Eastman, from Moore, said. “The courts should only have to handle serious matters. Then again, when a man says he will do something on national TV, he should follow through.”
At the time of publication, a court date in Los Angeles County Superior Court has yet to be set. It is unknown if a date will be set. It is possible for the judge to throw out the lawsuit.
