From Australia to Brazil and Spain in addition to Los Angeles and Canada this is an event that cannot be missed. One very special location and the second stop along the tour will be held in New York City from April 26-28 at the stunning Baryshnikov Arts Center located at 450 West 37th Street. The Merrithew Mindful Movement World Tour NYC is for everyone within the fitness community including those who have never tried or trained in mind body exercise before.

By signing up you will have the opportunity to try the new Stott Pilates, CORE and Stability Barre exercises from some of the best and most inspiring in the business. Along with master and lead instructors, the executive director Moira Merrithew will also be a presenter. She has spent the last two decades, together with Lindsay G. Moira works closely with her team of fitness professionals to ensure all of the programs are proven to be safe and smart exercise.
