Don't miss "Snow White and the Seven Dwarves" Pantomime at CSN November 24th & 25th

Las Vegas’ own British National Theatre of America has two more performances of its family production – “Snow White and the Seven Dwarves” – at the Horn Theatre at CSN next Tuesday the 24th and Wednesday the 25th.

Based on the traditional fairy tale, this SNOW WHITE is in the form of traditional British pantomime. However, the tale has been adapted specifically for a Vegas audience. With actors from the Las Vegas productions of “Love” and “Le Reve,” as well as some local actors, this is a performance not to be missed and it is deliciously unique!

Not the typical Snow White story you’ve been told, the fair lass finds herself stuck in Las Vegas as the stage manager to her evil (and very famous) step-ma, Posh Nosh. Jealous of her step-daughter’s beauty and talent, Posh Nosh hires a mafia hit-man to rid herself of the talented Snow White. The hit-man, unable to bring himself to do the deed, leaves Snow White in the capable hands of 7 bumbling dwarves who are more than willing to take care of her and have her headlining the show. However, it is only a matter of time before the evil Posh Nosh discovers that Snow White is still alive. Determined to do the job herself, the Queen pursues the innocent Snow White to get rid of her once and for all, so she can claim the title of “Fairest of them All” once again. This Las Vegas reworking of the traditional story continues BNTA’s goal of making British Panto a Las Vegas tradition.

Pantomime is a Shrek-like musical theatrical production written for families. It’s a theatrical convention with strong influence from Commedia dell’arte, often performed around Christmas. It originated in the UK, sometime in the late 18th century, and is based on a traditional fairytale that consists of song, dance, cross-dressing, slapstick, people dressed as animals, a good fairy, a villain, and audience participation.

Don’t miss this show! It's  one-of-a-kind experience in Las Vegas!
