Every 3rd Sunday of the month, the Fort Collins Museum & Discovery Science Center located at 200 Mathews Street, Library Park, Fort Collins, CO 80524 offers free admission. Sunday hours are 12 pm - 5 pm.
Don't miss the current attractions and exhibits at the center this winter:
-The Heritage Courtyard includes the c.1882 Franz-Smith homestead cabin, 1864 Auntie Stone Cabin, 1859 Antoine Janis Cabin, and 1905 Upper Boxelder Schoolhouse.
-History Floods Fort Collins is an exhibit about the floods of water, people, technology, and memories that forged what is Fort Collins today.
-Discovery Zone Science Exhibits including interactive exhibits about dinosaurs, optics, physics and more.
-The Discovery takes the Lindenmeier Archaeological Site found by Roy and Claude Coffin in 1924, displaying the largest selection of Lindenmeier artifacts outside the Smithsonian Institution.
-Bright Ideas is an interactive exhibit in the lobby showing the science and history of electricity and its impact on us.
